Community Assistance Program

Mission Statement: "We are a Community Assistance Program. As a way to give back to the community in need, we have created an Outreach Program that distributes Discount Prescription Drug Cards free to anyone who needs the benefit. No income qualifications needed. If you can use these for anyone you are helping, we can provide an unlimited supply."
