The presentation also covers the right to refuse as well as Assisted Outpatient Treatment. Joseph Rogers gave this presentation on a panel with Jeffrey Geller, M.D., M.P.H., professor of psychiatry and director of public sector psychiatry at the University of Massachusetts Medical School; and Carol Caruso, executive director of NAMI PA Montgomery County.

It was presented to a Temple University class in the Psychology Department on September 10, 2013.
